Valentine's Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is BabyMac Shop, operated via https://babymacshop.com.au ("the Promoter"). This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. The competition begins at 7:00 AM AEDT on Friday, 14 February 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM AEDT on Saturday, 15 February 2025.

4. To enter, participants must place an order via https://babymacshop.com.au during the Competition Period. Each valid order automatically qualifies as one entry into the draw.

5. One (1) winner will receive a $300 BabyMac Shop voucher, redeemable online at https://babymacshop.com.au. The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 48 hours after the competition closes. The winner will be announced via the Add to Cart Instagram account and contacted directly via email or Instagram direct message.

7. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

8. General Conditions:
   - The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
   - The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected orders due to technical disruptions or delays.
   - By entering, participants agree to their name being used for promotional purposes in relation to this competition.
   - The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control compromise the competition's fairness or integrity.

9. Any personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the BabyMac Shop website.
