LIABILITY
Add to Cart is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by Add to Cart are estimates only. We can not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Add to Cart cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Please note delivery is only available within Australia & New Zealand. No international orders will be accepted.

‘ADD TO CART’ GIFT CARDS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use and operation of your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card, sold and only redeemable at www.babymacshop.com.au
‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards cannot be sold without the prior written consent of ‘Add to Cart.’ ‘Add to Cart’ must approve in writing any material which includes reference to ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Add to Cart Gift Cards’.
AGREEING TO THE GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use your Add to Cart Gift Card or making any transactional query.
By using a ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card, you warrant to us that you will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and that your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card will not be used in any manner which is unlawful, misleading, deceptive or unfair.
If you are giving an ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card to another person, you must ensure that the recipient of the Gift Card is aware of the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Add to Cart Gift Card and the relevant expiry date.
Add to Cart reserves the right to amend all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
PURCHASING AN ‘ADD TO CART’ GIFT CARD
‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards can only be purchased online at www.babymacshop.com.au
Once purchased, the Gift Card will be issued in PDF form and emailed to the nominated recipient’s address.
‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards currency is Australian Dollars (AUD).
‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards can be purchased in a variety of values as listed at www.babymacshop.com.au
The minimum and maximum value which can be loaded on to each Add to Cart Gift Card may change from time to time.
Once a ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card has been purchased, it cannot be refunded.
‘Add to Cart’ is not liable for any ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards purchased through any online auction sites.
REDEEMING AN ‘ADD TO CART’ GIFT CARD
Add to Cart Gift Cards can only be redeemed at www.babymacshop.com.au Any value redeemed will be deducted from the available balance.
If your purchase/s exceed the available balance on your Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another method of payment.
Add to Cart Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our record of your expiry date is final. Once your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card has expired the Add to Cart Gift Card cannot be re-activated and any unspent value cannot be used or redeemed by you.
Once a Add to Cart Gift Card has been purchased with a chosen value or when the Gift Card has reached a $0 balance, no further value can be added to it.
‘Add to Cart’ Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash advances will be made at any time.
You do not need to use the entire available balance in one transaction. No change will be given, however, the remaining available balance may be applied to future purchases until the ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card expires or the balance reaches $0.

You can check the available balance of your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card by visiting the checkout at www.babymacshop.com.au
To find out information on your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card using the link above, you will be required to enter your Gift Card code.
Your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card code is located on the PDF you received via email.
LOST OR STOLEN ‘ADD TO CART’ GIFT CARDS
You should treat your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card like cash.
Add to Cart Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged.
We reserve the right to place a stop on your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card if:
(a) you report that your ‘add to cart’ Gift Card has been lost, stolen or damaged; or
(b) we believe (or reasonably suspect) that you have used (or will use) your ‘add to cart’ Gift Card contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
At our absolute discretion, we may change our policies and procedures on lost, stolen or damaged Add to Cart Gift Cards. If we decide to do this, we will publish details on our website.
ERRORS AND COMPLAINTS
If you wish to dispute an amount deducted from your ‘Add to Cart’ Gift Card, you must contact us via email at hello@baby-mac.com. If an amount is not disputed within ninety (90) days after the transaction date, we may (at our sole discretion) refuse to provide you with a refund.
